First Saturday back in the states! Feels surreal but good. Woke early to read a bit and journal. Breakfast with the kids. Out to work in the garden for an hour (we’re staying at the family farm); pulled weeds, gathered downed branches from the wind row, dug potatoes. No in for an hour to catch up with online work stuff as the kids play with cousins. Later today – the Lion’s Club pulled pork sandwhich feed perhaps? It’s a good Saturday.

Saturday’s…Love cooking out wiht my family. Did that today. SInce I did my Saturday run, I even indulged in some strawberry shortcake!!
Saturdays are for letting my wife sleep in while I enjoy the morning with our 10 month old daughter.
