Awesome job with this Andy!
I liked that Chris mentioned that Lampo and others, Google job applicants to see more of the person. What happens online doesn’t stay online any longer. It is a great reminder that we need to live lives that are authentic and consistent.
Thanks for another great podcast.
Thanks for listening Eric. I’m going to delete some stuff from my Facebook profile now that you mention it.
Nice work Andy!
I’m a huge CLo fan! The funny thing is that I’d never heard of him before I attended a simulcast event for Entreleadership last year! Now, his blog is one of my go to’s, daily.
Entreleadership really did a lot for me professionally. It helped me connect the dots in areas that I knew weren’t right in the companies I’d worked for, I just couldn’t quite put my finger on it. Now I have the confidence to talk through those points at the highest level and hopefully make a serious impact in my work environment.
I even bought 30 of these books and sent them to CEO’s that I had worked with in the past. It’s amazing that they either reject it outright, or their mind is blown. I love it!
P.S. This book / concept has also helped inspire me to get my blog going and talk to other “employees” about changing corporate culture from the bottom up! Podcast coming soon!
Thank you Andy,
This not only gave me some good behind the scenes of Chris, but it showed me a lot of little tidbits. It is one of those worth a second listen episodes to hear the information you got Chris to expand upon. I just recently started Linchpin and have not got to an area of truely how to be a linchpin in a team setting.
Thank you Andy and Chris.
K, bye
