Getting paid should be easy. Freshbooks is my invoicing service of choice. It’s a lot more than invoicing actually but if that’s all you need I’d start with Freshbooks. If you need more then dig in b/c Freshbooks has a LOT of cool features. I also love their mobile apps.
Screen Recording:
Some tools make you look like a pro after only a few minutes and Screenflow is one of them. It is hands down the #1 screen recording software available for Mac. It has paid for itself 100X over through the creation of video tutorials. I swear by it.
Writing Books:
Many of us have a writer inside of us, we just need to write. I use Scrivener to write my books and longer works. You should too. Worth every single penny.
Web Hosting:
I’ve had horrible web hosts and now I have the best. Great account support, great dashboard, great price. It’s the only one I trust.
Domains:
I’m not fond of their ads but they do have a great service so I suggest using GoDaddy to manage your domains.
Selling your digital products on-line:
E-Junkie makes delivering your ebooks and other links that you need to mask so simple. It’s very affordable no matter how many products you offer.
eNewsletters:
Create autoresponders to manage relationships with clients new and old. MailChimp is simple to set up and looks great when you’re done.
