Never assume something is simple for your customers

My son called me after his first day of preschool to tell me about his hurt knee and he got my voicemail. As you’ll hear, he’s not very familiar with voicemail.

Lesson for the day is…make things simple for your listeners, readers, fans and customers. Don’t ever assume they know how to interact with you. It’s funny and sweet when my son calls out for me on voicemail. It costs you money when people don’t know how to interact with you.
