Many of my readers and listeners have asked me how they can start their own podcast. I’m considering creating something that will help them create and develop a successful podcast. In addition to the technical setup of podcasting (that’s the easy part) it’s very important to know how to get great guests, how to conduct great interviews, how to organize your show preparation and what tools to use when collaborating with a cohost.

Andy

Gmail has several settings and Labs (experimental features found on the Settings page) that help me have an awesome Gmail experience. Here’s a video preview of a new Lab feature. Some of these features go away over time and some are incorporated permanently into Gmail for all users. So here’s a video preview of the “Preview Pane” Lab feature.
